2 entirely different nights.

Supposed to meet a new friend last nite. But she couldn't make it at the eleventh hour. Won't deny that I'm not affected. Nevertheless, the night later with the guys made up for everything. Thank god for them. Really lights up my life.

Tonight was a different story. Promised to attend KTV session followed by a mini clubbing session at the bar. Was about to step into the KTV when that new friend msged if I could meet up for a drink. Had to keep my promise so very reluctantly declined. :( What's worse is that the session didn't kinda turn out well. Neither did the clubbing session turn out well too.

Hence here I am, typing this blog after a disappointing and early night.

I was walking along Boat Quay on the way to KTV just now. Saw countless couples by the bank and the sight certainly brought about pangs of loneliness in me. I'm at a loss for words at this moment as the picture is flashing through my head. Shall stop and enjoy the cool but lonely night. The only comfort being that there are others who are enjoying the warmth of love right now. This shall keep me through this surge of emotions.
