eventful morning
the title says it all. such an eventful morning.
started last nite when i had aches till daybreak. konked off for a while before waking up late for econs class. both morning calls didn't come. wth.
decided not to cab to sch despite being late. n i realised more than half the world didn't come or was later than me.. hahaha. glad the savings on cab fare was worth it.
left econs early to run emergency errand. pia cab to beauty world and settled everything within 20 mins or so. sibeh solid lor.
den had to run to the other side of bkt timah road to take bus.. had to climb 3 storeys to reach the overhead bridge la..felt like soc again. hahahah. on the way down, saw my bus.. and instinctively lurged forward to chase the bus.
then.... the inevitable happened....
missed the step with my left foot...and since i was already lurging forward... i slid all the way down (dunno how many steps lah.. felt like eternity).. and then felt a blady sharp pain in my left leg.. same spot.. same waikiki spot.
luckily uncle stopped the bus and waited for me. but then so paiseh.. the whole bus saw me fall, but never mind, since i was fulfilling a worthwhile mission.
limped up smu hill in limbo.. lol... limped all the way to evans... rushed thru SQL while chatting with aiwen and bao.. hahaha... bao asking me for advice on which car to buy... keep telling them i was in lab but they kept disturbing me.. but i like.. heh. fuck the lab.
after DM, went for my BGS meeting (which i thought will start at 2) to find out that they just ended. and fir and i hafta come out with 1000 word essay by thurs morning. oh man. sigh~ limped all the way down the hill with doug and cyril (dunno this is the no. wat time im walking the hill).
met yingshan at the bus-stop, talked a bit. then called mich to check if she had taken her lunch and medicine, glad she did. took 156 with her home.. and moody me was just stoning till i missed my stop. once again, limped all the way home from central in the blistering heat.
met a old friend at central. was such a pleasant surprise. i thought she had moved away, but she still stays like 2 blocks away from me. the irony is that.. all this years.. we haven't seen each other in our estate! oh man. im feeling nostalgic again.. those days at the playground... heh.. catching.. block hide and seek... playing pranks on pple.. mixing up all the footwear in the corridor... hahaha. oh before i forget, the girls were always taller than guys at the age. ARGH. its ok.. at least we're taller for a larger proportion of our lives.
yawnz. im so shacked. slept like 1 hour this morning plus hungover from the chivas. mich is sick. i think im falling sick too. lovesick. shall nurse her back to health later in the night.
